Life Coaching

Not everyone who reaches out to me is in crisis. Some of you are doing fine, technically — the marriage is intact, the job is stable — but something still feels stuck. You know there’s more available to you and you can’t quite name what’s in the way.

That’s where coaching comes in. It’s less about processing what happened and more about building what’s next — clear goals, real accountability, and a plan that actually accounts for the obstacles that have stopped you before.

What this looks like

We start with what you actually want — not the vague version, the specific one — and work backward into a plan you can execute. I bring structure and honest feedback, not just encouragement; if something isn’t working I’ll tell you. Most men I coach are working on some combination of purpose, discipline, and repairing relationships, and for many of them, faith is part of how they define what a meaningful life actually looks like. We build that in if it’s part of yours.

Who this is for

Men who feel like they’re going through the motions and want a clear next chapter. Guys coming out of a hard season — recovery, divorce, a career reset — who are ready to build forward instead of just stabilizing. If you know you’re capable of more focus and you just need a structure and someone to hold you to it, this is built for you.
